Oakley's blessing was held on the 9th September at the Devonport Stake Centre, we were blessed to have most of our family make the trip up for it.
Oakley had his Granddad Bruce, Papa Gary, Dad, Bishop Woolley and Great Grandpa Jack bless him. Unfortunately Great pop Noel couldn't make it.
We had a little missionary experience, as Jake invited both Anne and Rhiannon to the blessing, unfortunately Anne had to work, but Rhiannon came, and I hope she felt the spirit.
It was a beautiful blessing which spoke about how he would be filled with love for his family and others, and he would love those less fortunate than him. as he studies the scriptures and gets to know the Savior he would become like him. He will be his brothers keeper as he will be his. Seek and education and love learning, always be humble and teachable. Have a great desire to serve a mission. Marry in the temple and live faithfully.
It was a coolish day so photos were taken in the hall this time.
