Easter

After our eventful camp, we headed to Mum's for the next two nights.  Easter Morning we were up early (as usual) and began getting ready for church.  Mum is in the afternoon ward so it was nice to take our time getting ready for once!  She had organised a little treasure hunt for Harri (this year he was a little bit more clued in to what was happening - well the chocolate receiving part anyway).

Harri all ready for his hunt.

Straight into the bushes - nothing comes between this boy and his chocolate!

Harri showing us his goodies.

...and he's straight into it!

Was that delicious mate?

Before heading to Church we went over to Anthony and Jess's place to see Dad.  Harri was very spoilt! he received the most chocolate I had ever seen - it seriously looked like dad had bought the whole shop!  Don't worry though Harri wasn't burdened with eating it all - mummy and daddy were willing to lighten the load.

That night we went down to Mama's (my grandma) for dinner.  My Mum's twin sister was down, so she had organised a family get -together.  She had also organised a little treasure hunt for everyone - including the adults.

My Aunty brought this down with her (I think she used to wear it as a kid - I think I remember even dressing up in it when I would stay at mama's).

She had made little face masks that corresponded with your egg basket to collect.  It was quite clever.

It was a very fun night with yummy food, and it was nice to see some family members that we don't get to see very often too.  All in all we had a great Easter with all our family, and mummy and daddy were very grateful for all the chocolate that Harri scored and was later consumed by us!

  1. Harri you are too cute. Dosn't look too impressed with his Easter outfit though. Gee, you make good looking kids Charlotte!
